Returns & Refunds
If your product arrives defective or damaged during delivery, we will resend another bottle(s) to you free of charge. Please send us an email with your order number, the picture(s) of the product(s) you received and a description of the problem. After our investigation is complete we will ship the exact contents of your original order at no cost to you. You will not be required to return the product, and you can safely discard the damaged or defective item in the waste bin.
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect order, we will promptly ship out a new order at no additional cost to you. You will not incur any extra shipping or product costs, as we will cover the expense of returning the original incorrect order. Please fill out our contact form HERE.
For the aforementioned cases of incorrect, defective, or damaged items during delivery, your new order will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days upon the confirmation of receipt of all photos and supplementary evidence.
If a refund is preferred, we will process it using the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
If you purchased the wrong product, we are happy to correct it for you. The correct product will be shipped within 2-5 business days after we receive all evidence, including but not limited to pictures and the order number. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the incorrect order to us, as well as the shipping costs involved in us sending the new, correct order to you. Be aware Damaged items can be replaced within 30 days from your original order date. After 30 days, NuVitality is not responsible for replacing any damaged items.
All Refunds are also limited to a period of 30 days from your order date. After 30 days, NuVitality is not required or shall not be responsible to issuing any refund. All refunds are processed within 2 - 5 business days of receiving all evidence to the payment method used by the customer to make the original purchase.
Wrong Address Shipment & Order Cancellation
If you entered the wrong address while completing your order and your order has not yet shipped, you can contact us for an order update. Or log into your account and amend the order provided the order has not yet been shipped. Please be aware orders ship within 24-36 hours. So, we encourage you to amend orders within 12 hours.
If the order has already shipped to the wrong address, you will have to cover the full cost of the product and shipping. However, we can issue you a 25% discount code for the new order.
For a modification or cancellation;
- Please include your order number and mention the product you will like to cancel or modify in your email to firstname.lastname@example.org or in our chat.
- If you prefer canceling your order after 24 hours, and your order has not yet been shipped, we are happy to issue you a full refund. We will process your request within 24 hours, and you will receive a confirmation email with the refund amount.
For all other issues with your order, please send us an email with your order number and a description of the issue and our team will be more than happy to look into it and make sure we get it resolved soonest. If it requires showing pictures of the product, please do not forget to include these.
